Family-friendly with great perks

The staff was super nice and took great care of my kids and me. Breakfast was decent, something we looked forward to daily. My kids loved the pool! The room was clean and comfy, perfect after all our adventures. There were some bugs and exposed outlets in the room, though.

The staff was very friendly. They have a good standard and high-quality place. Complimentary hot breakfast is a nice touch to start the day. the check-in process was fast and the customer service was very good. Free parking and a shuttle to and from the airport are provided.

- Garbage in the stairwell (cartons, old lamps etc). - a car is a MUST in the area (no walking distance to the bus stop or supermarket) - Refrigerator extremely loud. - long wait for supplies at breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs etc). - absolutely no traffic connection to bus & train

We had a such great time in this hip new hotel in Bensenville. Polite staff, suggested places to visit. Liked central heating, TV set and a microwave oven in the room.

Had an awesome time here with some free nights. The room had a recent makeover and was super nice with a big fridge, coffee, and a coffee maker. Plus, ☕️ was included. Everything was top-notch.

Had a very nice stay for free nights. Our hotel was in a nice location to that day's attraction. - It was very close to good food places as well as airport area.

Friendliness of the employees.

Location, construction site around it. No coffee for breakfast. Problem with the microwave was not solved. Room too dark.

I have stayed here before and would like to stay there on the next trip, appreciated it. the breakfast with gravy and cheap food served well was warm and great, had so much to choose from. - This accommodation had a remote setting to the shopping mall too. Overall, I have previously stayed at this hotel and enjoyed my visit. the breakfast options were excellent, with delicious warm food like gravy. the hotel's location provided convenient access to a nearby shopping mall. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

rather quiet location big rooms small but nice indoor pool hotel staff

8 to 10 miles from the airport and as a result had to wait an hour for the shuttle. Additionally when calling for the shuttle I was requested to provide a cell phone number. Even told it was mandatory. Seriously? Do they expect all tourists to have cell phones?

The attention from the hotel team was great. It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.

The pool area was clean. The complimentary breakfast included gravy and healthy options like oatmeal. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, down pillows, and hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel is in a peaceful location in Bensenville, right next door to the airport.
